HOW CAN I EARN POINTS?
Points are earned through various promotional channels. After logging into your account, click “Earn Points” to learn more.
WHAT CAN I REDEEM MY POINTS FOR?
Points can be redeemed for coupons towards your future purchases.
NOTE: Points cannot be combined with any other promotional discounts.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS?
Points are redeemed by logging into your account, clicking on the “Get Rewards” tab and then clicking “Redeem.”
HOW DO I CHECK MY POINTS BALANCE?
After logging into your account, your points balance is located at the bottom of the website and additionally under “my account”
WHAT IF I CONVERT POINTS BUT DO NOT USE MY COUPON RIGHT AWAY?
Any coupons you have redeemed can be found under “Points Balance, My Coupons.”
IF MY ORDER TOTAL IS LESS THAN MY COUPON VALUE, DOES THE BALANCE CARRY OVER?
No - Coupons have a single use for the attributed value. If the order is of lesser value than the coupon used, the remaining balance will be forfeit.
DOES IT COST ANYTHING TO BEGIN EARNING POINTS?
No.
DO I HAVE TO ENROLL OR REGISTER IN INDIVIDUAL PROMOTIONS?
No.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR POINTS TO POST TO MY ACCOUNT?
Your points balance will reflect your recent purchase(s) after your order is fulfilled and shipped.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY POINTS IF I MAKE A RETURN?
If you return an item, your points balance will reflect the return.
HOW DO I CONTACT SUPPORT IF I HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT MY POINTS?
I'M VERY CLOSE TO EARNING A REWARD. CAN I BUY EXTRA POINTS TO GET THERE?
