For all valid returns or exchanges:

All returns/exchanges must be requested within 21 days of receiving your purchase.

Please note that to be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it, with all labels and tags still attached.

    • Your Order Number
  • In Email Body Please Note the Following
    • The item name or names that you are returning / exchanging
    • Reason for the return / exchange

Once we receive your email, our customer service representative will respond with all the instructions.


RETURN EXEMPTIONS

Gift Cards and all Final Sale Items are exempt from being returned.

All items sold during warehouse sale are considered final sale and returns will not be accepted.


EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We will replace any items that arrive damaged or defective free of charge. 

Final Sale Items do not qualify for exchanges.


 

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please note we have no control over how long it will take for a return credit that has been issued to reflect on your credit card provider’s statement.  


SHIPPING RETURNS

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Note that any shipping costs paid at time of purchase are non-refundable. When we process a refund for a returned item, any shipping costs associated with the order for the item will not be refunded. 


IMPORTANT NOTE

When shipping back a return please consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for return packages lost by your shipping carrier.

 

All orders shipped to Canada; the duties / taxes / shipping cost  are non refundable.
